Cake is without a doubt ..... the best part of Birthdays!!
The card uses the Dots and Dashes designer paper with Eat Cake and Circle of Friends stamp set. The colors for this card were inspired by the designer paper and include Pixie Pink, Pink Passion, Pumpkin Pie and Whisper White.
The cake was created using the Heat Embossing with Markers technique. To achieve this look, ink the stamp with Versamark first (nice and juicy for best results), then color over the top with marker. The Versamark keeps in the ink from drying, sprinkle embossing powder and heat set.
The polka dot ribbon is from Wal-Mart.
